What size should I order?
We recommend ordering your normal size for the intended fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, consider sizing up. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new releases, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. You can also type in your tracking number in the "track your order" menu option
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
If your desired size is available, we're happy to assist with exchanges. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Do your products restock?
Some items may restock, but many releases are limited. Follow our social media and subscribe to our email list for restock announcements.
How do I care for my garments?
For best results, wash garments inside out with cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Follow the care instructions on the garment label.
Where are your products made?
Our products are sourced and manufactured through trusted partners and are inspected for quality before shipping.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders and customer location. This option will appear during checkout. Our pickup location is 325 E 9th St Charlotte NC 28202 (Street Commerce)
